Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
In accordance with Spanish consumer protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without justification, for in-stock (non-personalized) bows.
Exception — custom orders: Each Lignum Vitae bow may be built or configured to a customer's specifications (draw weight, draw length, dominant hand, finish). Under Spanish law (Art. 103.c), goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except in case of a manufacturing defect.
How to request a return or cancellation:
Email us at lignumvitaebows@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps.
Condition of the item: The bow must be returned unused, unshot, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
Return shipping costs: Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, in which case we cover it.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned bow, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days, using the original payment method.
Defective items: If your bow has a manufacturing defect, contact us right away; we'll cover repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, along with associated shipping costs.
